Our Beer

Storing and Serving

Our beer is unfiltered and naturally conditioned.

It should be stored upright at a cool (not cold) temperature and served at 11-14°C.

To get a great, clear looking beer pour it gently into a glass reserving the last drops in the bottle, which contain the yeast from the brewing process. (This is perfectly drinkable and contains extra flavour, but will cloud the beer – a matter of personal preference)
